Why this exists
Popcorns started as a way to fix a recurring pattern. A consulting firm walks in, redesigns something — a process, a structure, a system — hands it over and walks out. Six months later, the system is half-used, half-broken, and the company is back where it started.
So Popcorns took a different approach. Instead of redesign-and-leave, the model became install-and-run. Popcorns takes ownership of the operating work itself — role architecture, performance rhythm, capability development, the way work actually moves through the company. Engagements run as embedded service subscriptions, often for a year or more, and clients keep the system because someone keeps it alive.
Popcorns HireFlow is a small piece of that picture. It exists because clients kept asking for the same thing — a way to manage their job offers without using Word — and we built it for them.
The relationship between Popcorns and HireFlow
Popcorns built HireFlow to give clients a clean way to manage their offers — and made it available as a standalone tool too.
HireFlow is not a separate brand or a separate company. It is a Popcorns service. The same team that designs operating models is the team behind the tool, the templates, the training, and the support.
You can use HireFlow on its own. Most users will. But if you find that the way your company writes offers reflects a deeper question about how roles are defined, who owns what, and how performance is measured — that's where Popcorns starts. The tool is a window into a larger conversation, available when you want it.

Who this is for
Popcorns HireFlow is built for growing companies — typically the ones that have outgrown improvisation but are not large enough to have a dedicated HR operations team. That can be a founder making the first twenty hires, a fast-scaling team that just closed a funding round, or a more mature organization that wants to bring discipline to one specific part of its hiring practice.
It is not built for companies of a thousand people with full enterprise HRIS suites. Those companies already have what they need. HireFlow fits the gap between "we use email" and "we have a full HR platform" — and it fits it intentionally.
The hands-on layer
One thing worth saying explicitly: HireFlow is a tool, not a complete solution. Writing good job offers is a skill. The structure and consistency that the platform provides only get you part of the way; the content — what you actually commit to, how you frame compensation, how you avoid creating problems for yourself months later — still needs human thinking.
That's why every paying plan includes some form of training or advisory contact. Professional plans include a live training session per year. Enterprise engagements include quarterly reviews, custom template design, and ongoing support. The tool plus the people behind it — that's the real product.
