Popcorns HireFlow is a focused tool that helps companies create, send and track job offers. It replaces the typical Word-and-email workflow with structured templates, view tracking, and a permanent, searchable record of every offer ever made. It is built and operated by Popcorns, a hands-on operating model practice.

Who is HireFlow built for?
HireFlow is built for growing companies that have outgrown improvisation but are not large enough to need a full enterprise HR platform. Typical users are founders making their first hires, fast-scaling teams after a funding round, and companies that want a consistent way to write and document offers without building internal HR tooling.

Is HireFlow free to use?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to ten offers per month for up to three users, with all standard templates, PDF export, view tracking, status pipeline and a public shareable link for each offer. It is a real working plan, not a trial. Most teams can stay on the Free plan for months.

What does the Professional plan add?
Professional adds unlimited offers, more users, premium template designs, custom field labels, content presets that save and reuse offer packages, full audit trail with IP tracking, dashboard analytics, removal of HireFlow branding from the offer, and a live one-on-one HR training session for annual subscribers. It is intended for teams that hire steadily.

What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is a tailored engagement with custom template design built around the company's brand and internal regulations, unlimited users, a custom subdomain, priority support, quarterly HR strategy review, live training for every user, commitment tracking with reminders, and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is set per organization based on complexity and scope.

Does the company sending the offer use HireFlow's email server?
It depends on the plan. On the Free plan, the user copies the offer link and sends it through their own email — HireFlow does not send messages on behalf of the user. On Professional, the user can send directly through HireFlow. On Enterprise, the user can configure their own SMTP server so all outgoing offer emails go through their own infrastructure.

Is the offer legally binding?
The legal nature of an offer depends on its content and the laws of the jurisdiction where the offer is made — not on the tool used to create it. HireFlow is software for drafting and tracking documents. The company that issues the offer is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legal validity and consequences of any offer it sends. Who can see the offers I create?
Only members of your account, plus anyone you explicitly share a public offer link with. Other accounts cannot see your offers. Popcorns does not access offer content for any purpose other than service operation, fraud prevention and support requested by the account. Offer content is never used to train AI models or build profiles.

Can the candidate edit the offer or counter-propose inside HireFlow?
No. HireFlow is built for the company side of the offer process. Candidates receive a polished, read-only version of the offer through a public link or PDF. They can view it as many times as they want, but they cannot edit it. Negotiation happens through normal channels, and any agreed changes are recorded in a corrected version of the offer.

What happens to my offers if I close my account?
On account closure, all offer content and personal data is deleted within thirty days, except records that must be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Before closing, you can export your data in a machine-readable format. Public offer links become inaccessible immediately on closure.

Where is offer data stored?
Offer data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union, with standard encryption in transit and at rest. Detailed information about hosting, sub-processors and data handling is available in the Privacy Policy.

How is HireFlow related to Popcorns?
Popcorns HireFlow is a service of Popcorns, a hands-on operating model practice developed within iConsult d.o.o. Belgrade (founded 2013). The same team designs the tool, the templates, the training and the support. HireFlow can be used entirely on its own; for clients who want to go further, Popcorns offers embedded operating model work that goes beyond hiring.
