Key responsibilities, goals and activities
- Own product roadmap for the core platform (B2B SaaS)
- Prioritize features based on customer feedback, data, and business impact
- Write detailed PRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Work daily with engineering, design, and data teams
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests (minimum 5/month)
- Define and track product KPIs (activation, retention, NPS)
- Present product strategy quarterly to leadership and board

Priority goals in the first year
- Complete customer discovery: interview 30+ customers in first 60 days
- Define and launch 3 major features aligned with annual OKRs
- Establish product analytics dashboard (Amplitude/Mixpanel)
- Reduce customer churn from 8% to 5% through targeted improvements
- Build product feedback loop with Customer Success team
- Create product-led onboarding flow to reduce time-to-value
