Key responsibilities, goals and activities
  • Lead all financial operations across Alpine Holdings portfolio (4 subsidiaries, 3 countries)
  • Oversee financial reporting, audit, tax, treasury, and investor relations
  • Present quarterly financial results to Board of Directors
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors (Big 4), and regulatory bodies
  • Lead annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts
  • Drive M&A financial due diligence and integration
  • Manage finance team of 15 across Geneva and Zürich offices
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations

  • Implement consolidated reporting dashboard for Board
  • Negotiate improved credit facility terms with primary banking partners
  • Lead financial due diligence for planned acquisition in Q3
  • Hire VP Finance and Senior Controller
  • Establish treasury management framework and FX hedging strategy
  • Present first annual budget to Board within 90 days of start
  • Complete comprehensive financial review of all subsidiaries (first 60 days)

CHF 280,000 / year
Yearly Bonus
30% performance bonus plus 10% company performance component
Long-Term Incentive
50,000 RSUs vesting over 4 years
Executive Compensation Note
Annual review by the Compensation Committee. Long-term incentive plan review after 24 months.
