Key responsibilities, goals and activities

  • Own product roadmap for the core platform (B2B SaaS)
  • Prioritize features based on customer feedback, data, and business impact
  • Write detailed PRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Work daily with engineering, design, and data teams
  • Conduct user interviews and usability tests (minimum 5/month)
  • Define and track product KPIs (activation, retention, NPS)
  • Present product strategy quarterly to leadership and board

  • Build product feedback loop with Customer Success team
  • Create product-led onboarding flow to reduce time-to-value

Base SalaryYearly BonusTransportation

Vacation Days:27 working days per year

Remote Work:Hybrid role based in Zürich. Temporary remote work from another location is possible with manager approval.
