Key responsibilities, goals and activities
  • Lead cell design for LFP pouch and prismatic formats
  • Optimize electrode formulation for energy density and cycle life
  • Coordinate with materials team on cathode and anode development
  • Design validation test protocols and interpret cell performance data
  • Support scale-up from lab to mini-pilot to mega factory
  • Collaborate with international partners and equipment suppliers
  • Lead cell design for LFP pouch and prismatic formats

  • Lead design of next-generation LFP pouch cell (target: 180 Wh/kg)
  • Optimize cathode coating formulation for mini-pilot line transfer
  • Establish cell prototyping workflow from concept to validated sample in <8 weeks
  • Build simulation-experiment feedback loop with Simulation team
  • File at least 2 patent applications based on proprietary formulations
  • Evaluate and recommend dry electrode coating technology roadmap
  • Present quarterly R&D progress to Board and investors
  • Lead design of next-generation LFP pouch cell (target: 180 Wh/kg)

Base Salary
EUR 5,800 net monthly
Yearly Bonus
20% performance bonus based on R&D milestones and transfer readiness
Patent and Publication Bonus
Patent filing bonus: EUR 2,000 per granted patent. Publication bonus: EUR 500 per peer-reviewed paper.
