We would like to offer you the position of Senior HR Business Partner (Permanent, full-time).
Your base monthly salary will be CHF 145,000 / year.
Your expected starting date is March 15, 2026.
You will be working at Geneva HQ, hybrid arrangement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Act as strategic HR partner for 2 business units (~120 employees)
– Lead talent review and succession planning processes
– Design and deliver management training programs
– Handle complex employee relations cases and investigations
– Drive annual compensation review and benchmarking
– Support organizational design during growth and restructuring
– Manage relationship with works council and employee representatives
– Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and cantonal regulations

– Implement structured onboarding program (30/60/90 day framework)
– Conduct compensation benchmarking against Swiss market data
– Establish quarterly people analytics report for leadership
– Build relationships with business unit leaders (first 30 days)
– Complete talent mapping for both business units
– Design and launch first management development program
